Core Tip |
Gemcitabine is known for vascular side effect. In this case, we report a vascular acrosyndrome that occurred during first-line with Gemcitabine for pancreatic adenocarcinoma. In this case, the patient experienced prolonged tumor response. Immunological phenomena could be responsible for this double effect. |
