Core Tip |
We report a patient who was admitted to the hospital because of splenic rupture caused by vehicle trauma. Exploratory laparotomy, splenectomy, small intestinal tumor resection, abdominal cavity irrigation and drainage were performed. Postoperative pathology confirmed a diagnosis of ectopic pancreas with intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm. |
