Preceding reports have shown that TBX3 contributes to the progression of cancers by suppressing cellular senescence and promoting epithelial-mesenchymal transition. Recent reports on the role of TBX3 in gastric cancers have implied its involvement in aging-related gastric carcinogenesis. |
