Core Tip |
In general, for patients with locally advanced gastric cancer, translational therapy can achieve different levels of survival benefit. Immunohistochemistry and genetic testing should be performed before treatment to select a more optimal comprehensive treatment strategy. For patients with locally advanced gastric cancer that is difficult to be resected at the initial stage, translational therapy followed by surgery can improve the survival benefit of patients. |
