Core Tip |
This real-world study assessed intestinal complications (ICs) in patients with Crohn’s disease (CD) undergoing therapy available in the Public Healthcare System in Brazil over the last 10 years. Outcomes suggests that patients that received conventional therapy and eventually anti–tumor necrosis factor therapy have an active and progressive illness, developing relevant ICs that might imply in considerable use of resources from the health system, CD remains a concern which may require additional strategies in the Brazilian public health care system. |
