| Core Tip |
Based on the basic principle of magnetic compression technique, we designed a novel Y-Z magnetic hepatic portal blocking band (Y-Z MHPBB) and compared it with a modified T tube through animal experiments. Mechanical tests and in vitro simulation experiments showed that Y-Z MHPBB has good fluid shielding performance. The animal experiment results showed that the device has good flexibility and convenience under laparoscopy. Y-Z MHPBB seems to have broad application prospects in the clinical field. |
