Core Tip |
Delayed radial head dislocation secondary to the malunion of an isolated radial shaft fracture is extremely rare. Corrective wedge osteotomy was performed in all previously reported cases to restore the normal curve of the radial shaft. The authors report a case in which the normal curve of the radial shaft was restored with a modified double-strip Bell Tawse procedure without corrective wedge osteotomy. |
