Core Tip |
Laparoscopic surgery in situs inversus totalis (SIT) patients with gastric cancer (GC) is exceedingly rare and challenging. We report the cases of two advanced GC patients with SIT who successfully underwent laparoscopy-assisted gastrectomy with D2 lymphadenectomy. In this report, we share our experience and review the literature in the previous 11 years to summarize the general consensus on laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in patients with SIT. |
