We describe a 31-year-old woman with a benign leiomyoma that extended into the right ventricular lumen, causing mechanical obstruction and corresponding clinical symptoms. Tumors located in the pulmonary artery can cause pulmonary artery obstruction, and once diagnosed, surgical treatment should be performed as soon as possible. |
