Core Tip |
Mycosis fungoides is the most common primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, whereas generalized erythroderma is rare. Patients with mycosis fungoides with erythroderma lesions are more severe and require poor treatment. The [18F] fluoro D glucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography is essential for early diagnosis and timely treatment. Understanding the clinical and radiographic features of this rare disease will facilitate a better therapeutic diagnosis in clinical practice. |
