Core Tip |
Clinically, in cases of older children, adults, or even the elderly with sudden diplopia accompanied by simultaneous or subsequent esotropia, acute acquired concomitant esotropia (AACE) should be considered after excluding intracranial space-occupying lesions and vascular diseases. In recent years, the diagnosis and treatment of AACE have improved considerably, and until now no one has reported any case of AACE combined with other types of strabismus either in China or abroad. Here, we encountered one case of AACE with congenital paralytic strabismus. |
