The present findings suggest that the combination of endoscopic submucosal dissection and peroral endoscopic myotomy is a feasible and effective treatment modality for patients with early esophageal carcinoma. Clinicians should be cautious on the occurrence of early esophageal carcinoma in achalasia patients. |
