ROS1-CENPW is a novel fusion gene locus in pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma that has not been previously reported. We detected this rare fusion gene in a 77-year-old female patient with pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma. We adopted the treatment regimen of crizotinib combined with AG chemotherapy (gemcitabine 1000 mg/m2 plus albumin paclitaxel 125 mg/m2). A good therapeutic effect was achieved. |
