As a novel method technique, radiofrequency ablation method can be used to separate the lead helix and the wrapped chordae tendineae, this method let the patient avoid suffering surgical procedure. The innovation of this technique in this case is using high concentration of saline (10% NaCl) to reduce the impedance. |
