Chronic hepatitis B (CHB) is an infectious and progressive disease requiring basic treatment supplemented with effective nursing interventions. We analyzed the clinical data of 129 patients with CHB. Acceptance and commitment therapy combined with cognitive-behavioral education improved the psychological flexibility and sleep quality of patients with CHB, relieve negative emotions, and improve self-care ability, making a breakthrough in the problem of insufficient routine care. |
