Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is a rare tumor of the central nervous system with distinctive imaging features. This case report highlights the imaging manifestations of multiple PCNSL lesions using diffusion-weighted imaging, perfusion-weighted imaging, and magnetic resonance imaging. Accurate diagnosis is crucial for appropriate management. Further research and larger studies are needed to enhance the understanding and diagnostic accuracy of PCNSL. |
