Core Tip |
Few studies have focused on early-onset colon cancer (ECC) patients with lymph node metastasis. This study compared the prognostic value of four lymph node staging indexes. It is shown that log odds of positive lymph nodes (LODDS) is superior to N-stage, positive lymph nodes, and lymph node ratio of ECC. Subsequently, the nomogram containing LODDS was established and provides an appropriate prediction of ECC, which may be helpful in tumor evaluation and clinical decision-making. |
