Core Tip |
Daratumumab demonstrates promising efficacy in treating multiple myeloma, improving the ORR, CR, and PFS, compared to other therapies. However, it is also associated with an increased risk of neutropenia and thrombocytopenia. Clinicians should closely monitor their patients for these adverse effects. Further studies are needed to explore optimal dosing and combination therapies to maximize the benefits of dDaratumumab in treating multiple myeloma. |
