Core Tip |
Discovering new insights into prostate cancer with lung metastasis (PCLM), this study presents a systematic analysis of 280 high-quality papers and global datasets. The uneven distribution of PCLM research is highlighted. Notably, this study uncovers the association of PCLM with pathways related to coronavirus disease 2019, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, and ribosomes. While traditional treatments remain crucial, novel approaches like immunotherapy show limited effectiveness. Future research should prioritize exploring mechanisms such as cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction and ribosomes while enhancing existing mechanisms like cell adhesion molecules. This study’s innovative findings contribute to the advancement of PCLM research, stimulating further exploration and potential improvements in diagnosis and treatment strategies. |
