Core Tip |
COPS6 has been implicated in several cancer types. However, its precise role in most cancer types remains poorly understood. Therefore, we aimed to investigate the function of COPS6 in various tumor types. Through our analysis, we discovered that COPS6 is highly expressed and associated with high-risk profiles in most cancers. Meanwhile, COPS6 expression was positively correlated with tumor mutation burden, microsatellite instability, and immune infiltration of the tumor microenvironment. Our findings suggest that COPS6 could be a potential biomarker for cancer research. Our study contributes to the understanding of the role of COPS6 in cancer progression and highlights the clinical applications. |
