Core Tip |
Left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) is a unique pacing modality in cardio resynchronization therapy. LBBP-cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) improves the left ventricular ejection fraction, echocardiographic parameters, and clinical outcomes when compared to biventricular pacing (BiVP). It causes significant reduction in New York Heart Association class, pacing threshold and B-type natriuretic peptide. This systematic review and meta-analysis reviews and analyze the data comparing LBBP vs BiVP-CRT. |
