In this study, the clinical and follow-up data of patients were retrospectively analyzed to explore the effectiveness and safety of prednisone combined with mycophenolate mofetil to guide the selection of clinical treatment of primary immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN) with renal dysfunction. The results showed that mycophenolate ethyl ester combined with prednisone were more effective in treating patients with IgAN than prednisone alone, and could effectively improve renal function. |
