Core Tip |
Here, we report on a rare case of maxillary bilateral central incisors with severe root dilaceration in mixed dentition that we treated by surgical exposure followed by orthodontic treatment. The dilacerated teeth were successfully moved into the proper position with an aesthetically acceptable outcome at the three-year follow-up assessment. We also discuss the timing of and prognosis for treating dilacerated teeth. |
