Elderly patients with lung cancer have poor self-care ability, which easily leads to a series of psychological problems. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of initial check, information exchange, final accuracy check, reaction (IIFAR) nursing on mental health of elderly patients with lung cancer. Through the randomized controlled trial based on IIFAR nursing, it is found that IIFAR information nursing mode can help the elderly patients with lung cancer to reduce anxiety, depression, psychological distress and fatigue, improve their tendency of locus of control and effectively improve their quality of life. |
