Core Tip |
Exosome-mediated transport plays an important role in the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer (GC). In this review, we focus on the immunoregulatory role of exosomes and the relationship between exosomes and GC, with special attention to their role in the growth, invasion, metastasis, and therapeutic resistance of GC, as well as their potential clinical application value as biomarkers and therapeutic targets, and the mechanism and clinical application prospects of exosomal immunotherapy for human tumors. |
