Core Tip	This article reported two cases of blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell tumor (BPDCN) patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital, and mainly described their clinical manifestations, laboratory examination, and treatment process. In addition, by summarizing the literature in recent years, combined with the experience of these two patients, we drew our conclusion at the end of the paper. Based on the experience of two patients with BPDCN, it is concluded that BPDCN as a hematologic malignancy has a very poor prognosis. Treatment with acute lymphoblastic leukemia is effective in some way. Venetoclax, a BCL-2 inhibitor, can partially subside skin lesions. Unless stem cell transplantation is used, or there is no significant improvement in overall survival time.
