| Core Tip |
The study aimed to explore the clinical value of a three-dimensional quality evaluation model in adjusting the prognosis of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results showed that patients in the study group had significantly lower anal exhaust time, postoperative eating time, postoperative bed activity time, and length of hospital stay compared to the control group. There were no significant differences in cortisol, adrenaline levels, and anxiety and depression scores between the two groups on the first day after admission. However, on the third day after surgery, the study group showed significantly lower cortisol and adrenaline levels, as well as lower anxiety and depression scores than the control group. The study group had a lower incidence of perioperative complications compared to the control group. In conclusion, implementing a three-dimensional quality evaluation model in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can help expedite their perioperative recovery, alleviate perioperative stress symptoms, mitigate anxiety and depression, and reduce the incidence of perioperative complications. |
