We reported a case of severe lumbar scoliosis combined with vertebral fracture nonunion with extremely high surgical risks due to severe vertebral deformity. We performed O-arm-guided kyphoplasty on the patient and achieved good results. This paper describes some of the experiences and techniques in performing Kyphoplasty for such patients. |
