We reviewed lab results of patient positive for coronavirus-19 (COVID-19) during the periods of omicron and delta variants in Israel. retrospective study of patient 18-99 YO excluding pregnant and oncologic patients. The neutrophil index increased above the normal level. There was no difference between the variants in the other count parameters (hemoglobin and white blood cell count) and coagulation functions (APTT, INR) and electrolytes (sodium, chloride, phosphorus, and albumin) had no significant variances or deviations from the acceptable norma. hypokalemia was measured in 62% of all COVID-19 patients. |
