Core Tip |
Face-to-face interviews were conducted with 100 elderly hospitalized patients. Elderly hospitalized patients had higher rates of insomnia symptoms. Insomnia in elderly hospitalized patients positively correlated with anxiety, depression, and fall risk. Depression was also found to be an independent risk factor for insomnia in elderly hospitalized patients. |
