| Core Tip |
In this report, we present a case of high-grade serous carcinoma (HGSC) in the fallopian tube of a young woman, associated with a chromosomal 4q abnormality. We provide updated insights on the symptoms, signs, diagnosis, and treatment specific to HGSC linked with chromosomal abnormalities. Given the rare nature of chromosomal abnormality-associated HGSC, we have formulated a strategic approach for its diagnosis and management. |
