| Core Tip |
Primary pancreatic lymphoma is an extremely uncommon tumor with nonspecific clinical symptoms, making it challenging to distinguish this disease from other pancreatic-related diseases. In this case, we present the clinical details of a 62 woman who initially presented with vomiting, abdominal pain, and dorsal discomfort. Endoscopic ultrasonography-guided fine needle aspiration revealed the diagnosis of pancreatic peripheral T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified. There was a substantial decrease in the size of the pancreatic mass after the patient underwent a cycle of chemotherapy comprised of brentuximab vedotin, decitabine, and oxaliplatin. We have further summarized these illnesses to clarify their etiology. |
