Core Tip	The rare incidence of meningioma without dural attachment poses challenges in preoperative determination of dural attachment. However, the absence of dural attachement facilitates complete tumor resection. Careful removal of vessels associated with tumor is important to remove tumor stem cells in the micrvessels.
