Through the observation of left coronary artery three-dimensional vascular reconstruction in patients with colorectal cancer after laparoscopic low anterior resection, the effect of surgery on the vascular system and its curative effect were discussed. The preservation of the left coronary artery and its possible effects were evaluated by comparing preoperative and postoperative vascular remodeling. The results of this study will help to deeply understand the impact of laparoscopic surgery on the cardiovascular system of patients with colorectal cancer, and provide an important reference for postoperative management and clinical treatment, and improve the safety and effect of surgery. |
