Core Tip |
The main aim of this study was to perform a meta-analysis and compare the clinical efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant therapy and neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy in patients with locally advanced rectal cancer. We will collect and synthesize relevant research data to evaluate the performance of the two treatments in terms of the tumor shrinkage rate, surgical resection rate, tumor-free survival rate and other clinical indicators and analyze the safety differences between the two treatments in terms of the incidence of serious adverse events and other aspects. Through in-depth exploration of the advantages and disadvantages of the two treatment schemes, the aim is to provide more guiding treatment suggestions for clinicians to optimize the choice of treatment schemes for patients and improve the treatment effect and quality of life. |
