Core Tip |
Dynamic contrast enhanced ultrasound (DCEUS) is a novel technique that could help to overcome the diagnostic limits of standard CEUS. The parameters derived from the quantitative analysis of the time-intensity curve could give pivotal information upon the histotype of liver nodules. The aim of this paper is to explore clinical evidence regarding DCEUS application for differential diagnosis of liver nodules. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first systematic review and meta-analysis on this topic. |
