Core Tip |
Perianal fistulizing Crohn’s disease (PFCD) is the most prominent, invasive and common lesion among the phenotypes of Crohn’s disease (CD). Due to the unique disease experience of PFCD patients, they suffer from severe clinical and psychological consequences like depression. However, there is a lack of studies focusing on the risk factors of depression within specific disease types of CD. In this study, we analyzed the prevalence and risk factors of PFCD with depression, which could assist professionals in early identification and medical intervention in patients with PFCD. |
