Core Tip |
This work demonstrated that aldehyde dehydrogenase 2 family member (ALDH2) repression caused the accumulation of acetaldehyde, inducing cell apoptosis and DNA damage by means of activating the JNK/p38 MAPK signaling pathway in colorectal cancer (CRC). ALDH2 is utilized as a therapeutic target for reversing patients with CRC. |
