| Core Tip |
In this study, combined detection of serum carcinoembryonic antigen, cancer antigen (CA) 125 and CA19-9 levels can improve the diagnostic accuracy and predictive value of patients with liver metastases after radical colorectal cancer (CRC) surgery. In particular, CA125 is significant in predicting liver metastasis. Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis showed that the combined detection of these markers has high diagnostic accuracy. Therefore, joint detection of these tumor markers can help early detection and intervention of CRC liver metastasis and improve patient prognosis. |
