Core Tip |
The study reviewed the efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) combined endoscopic papillary balloon dilation (EPBD) and LC combined endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST) on gallbladder stone combined with common bile duct stone. The results demonstrated a significant reduction in intraoperative bleeding and postoperative recovery time in the LC combined EPBD group compared to the LC combined EST group. Additionally, there was a notable improvement in inflammatory indexes and liver function. Therefore, LC combined EPBD may be beneficial to the hospitalization time and inflammatory response of patients. |
