Core Tip |
This study compared the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) between the case management group and control group. The findings revealed a significantly lower MACE rate in the case management group (P < 0.05), suggesting that personalized nursing care can mitigate the risk of cardiovascular complications and enhance patient outcomes. These results emphasize the efficacy and benefits of the case management approach, which offer the empirical support for its wide application. |
