| Core Tip |
Liver transplantation (LT) is a life-saving technique for patients with end-stage liver disease. Tacrolimus (TAC) is the cornerstone immunosuppressant for prevention of graft rejection in many LT centers. However, frequent TAC-related toxicities are observed and these are a major concern in LT patients. Thus, the ‘‘minimizing tacrolimus’’ strategy after LT is very important, especially in the early phase. |
