Core Tip Our large-sample clinical study aimed to explore the clinical effectiveness of flexible ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephrolithotomy for postoperative stone clearance and in managing the levels of soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 and kidney injury molecule 1 in patients with large kidney stones exceeding 2 cm in diameter.
