| Core Tip |
This study was first verified that MiR-29a-3p can regulate Wnt/β-catenin and JAK/STAT signal pathways by regulating and inhibiting the expression of DNMT3A/3B, and thus participate in the inhibition of Diabetic Kidney Disease(DKD)-related fibrosis by in vitro and in vivo experiments. These findings indicate that targeting miR-29a-3p and DNMT3A/3B may hold promise for DKD prevention and treatment. |
