In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has played an increasingly important role in the treatment of insomnia, especially acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. It is the main method of TCM in the treatment of insomnia. This paper mainly reviews the combination degree of "microorganism-gut-brain axis" theory with TCM and acupuncture under the system of TCM. To explore the mechanism of TCM and acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia under the guidance of "microorganism-gut-brain axis" theory, in order to provide a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia. |
