Core Tip |
Targeted emergency nursing combined with psychological nursing in children with febrile convulsions exhibited significant benefits, including shorter duration of fever and convulsions, reduced hospitalization time, improved sleep quality, increased treatment compliance, higher parental satisfaction, lower occurrence of complications, and decreased parental anxiety and depression. This study highlights the importance of implementing comprehensive nursing strategies that address both the physical and psychological needs of children with febrile convulsions. Healthcare professionals can enhance outcomes and promote a positive experience for both children and their families by providing individualized care and employing techniques such as distraction, storytelling, and tailored interventions. |
