Core Tip Monodermal teratomas are rare tumors characterized by their organizational structure originating from a single germ layer-the endoderm, mesoderm, or ectoderm. This teratoma is most commonly found in the ovaries, followed by the testes. Case reports and case series on monoblastic teratoma have been relatively sparse in published literature. The diagnosis and treatment of two cases of ovarian monoblastic teratoma and one case of testicular monoblastic teratoma are reported in this paper, and their clinical characteristics are described in combination with a brief literature review to deepen the understanding of this disease.
