The correlation between preoperative antiviral treatment and post-hepatectomy liver failure (PHLF), hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA level, and PHLF were analyzed through univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses, respectively. The optimal cut-off value of HBV DNA was determined through Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. Based on three conventional scoring models, the efficacy of HBV DNA level in predicting PHLF was quantified by computing the area under the ROC curve, categorical net reclassification improvement, and integrated discrimination improvement. |
