Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) ranks as the third leading cause of cancer-related mortality globally, marked by high rates of recurrence and metastasis. Long non-coding RNAs exhibiting genetic instability emerge as promising biomarkers for HCC prognosis. Here, we discuss their clinical significance as prognostic models and offer insights into ongoing efforts to develop diverse models, enhancing the scope of research on HCC prognosis diagnosis. |
