Core Tip Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) is an acquired acute autoimmune polyneuropathy. Different positive antibodies have different clinical characteristics, and multiple positive antibodies in a case is very rare. This study reports the clinical characteristics of a multi antibody positive GBS case, to guide clinician in early identification and diagnosis of rare multi antibody positive cases.
